The hilltop property, which was built in a French Normandy-style in 1946, is set on 8.2 acres of prime real estate and was previously owned by late filmmaker Dino De Laurentiis. After saying au revoir to their infamous Chateau Dubrow for a record-breaking $55 million in October, the Real Housewives of Orange County star, 53, and her Botched surgeon husband Terry decided to purchase a penthouse in Los Angeles. The penthouse has sprawling views overlooking the Pacific Ocean and an elevator that opens into a private lobby. Heather and Terry have since purchased a penthouse in Century City, Calif., sold to them by “Selling Sunset” star Heather Rae El Moussa. The plastic surgeon, who recently purchased a $16.1 million Beverly Hills mansion with wife Heather, claims the property in need of some serious TLC. In an interview with The Wrap published last month, Heather explained why she was looking for another new property after scooping up the penthouse.
The couple certainly embodies a work hard, play hard mentality. When they’re not entertaining, you may often find them in their home gym, which is filled with pieces like treadmills, ellipticals, and weights—equipment that is conducive to high-intensity interval training. The Dubrows are even set to release a book this month on their diet and fitness regimen called, fittingly, The Dubrow Diet. Last month, Heather also showed her spectacular new sunset view as she snapped a photo from her spacious balcony.

The asking price for the penthouse was originally $17,900,000, according to the listing. "I feel really comfortable with what I'm doing right now," she clarified. "It's so exciting! We tried to buy five or six properties all over Cabo, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs and the universe landed us here, at the most iconic, Hollywood estate."
Nevertheless, Dubrow refused to provide a definitive answer, and it is no wonder, given how she is probably still contemplating the next chapter in her life, her family’s journey, and her career. She apparently prefers to let time reveal the path that lies ahead, leaving the door open for possibilities and new adventures. So far, it seems that Dubrow is eager to embrace her evolution, acknowledging that change is an inevitable part of life. Still, as the drama unfolds, fans will have to wonder what Heather Dubrow will do in the future. During an interview, Heather was questioned about her plans for the next season of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
